Terms of Service

Votocon is a creative platform with two core products. The first is a social feed where you publish, discover, and interact with AI-generated visual content including images and videos in carousel or single-post format. The second is Studio, a node-based canvas workspace where you plan multi-scene storyboards, manage characters, and produce visual content with the help of Ares-II, our agentic AI production engine. Ares-II is not a model. It is an orchestration layer that coordinates multiple third-party AI models to generate, evaluate, and refine content on your behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are created through WhatsApp OTP verification. Your phone number serves as your identity. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under it. One account per person.

You own what you create. Images, videos, and text you produce and upload remain yours. When you publish content on Votocon, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform on feeds, profiles, and discovery surfaces. You can delete your content at any time, which removes it from all public surfaces.

When you use Ares-II or Studio to generate content, your prompts and instructions are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing. The specific model used depends on the task. Ares-II selects automatically based on what each step requires. Generated output varies in quality and style. We do not guarantee specific results, visual consistency, or availability of any particular model. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it commercially. Model providers may have their own usage terms that apply to generated outputs.

Votocon includes social features: posting, feeds, likes (loves), comments, following (subscriptions), and public profiles. Content you publish is visible to all users unless you delete it. Your display name, profile picture, and subscriber count are publicly visible. You can follow other creators and they can follow you. Interactions you make (loves, comments) are visible to other users.

Some features require payment or credits. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Credit balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier access and limits may change over time.

We may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these terms or is flagged by other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion. If your content is removed, we will notify you with a reason where possible.

Votocon is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific model availability, or generation speed. We continuously update the platform. Features, models, and capabilities may be added, changed, or removed. We will notify users of material changes to these terms via platform notification.

You can delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your public content is removed, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, and your access ends immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice in serious cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votocon Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for third-party AI model outputs, service interruptions, or content created by other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
